Cravo Vermelho | Vela Perfumada

The clove really comes through with a warm, peppery kick, and the jasmine underneath softens it just enough to keep it from being overpowering. Lit it in my living room for two hours and the whole apartment smelled like a fancy flower shop. This one’s a keeper for cozy evenings.

That spicy carnation note is so distinctive—it fills the room fast and somehow actually smells like fresh blooms, not candle wax. The jasmine underneath keeps it from being too heavy, so it’s perfect for cozy evenings. Burned it for the third time tonight and the scent is still just as strong.

The scent is a lovely balance of spicy carnation and soft jasmine, though I wish the throw were a bit stronger in my living room. It burns cleanly and evenly, which makes it worth the cost for me.
