The kumquat at the top is so bright and zesty it almost fizzes when you first light it. Burn time's been solid too, I've had it going most evenings for two weeks and it's barely gone down.
The green leaves note really comes through once it's lit, more herbal than sweet, and the kumquat adds a nice tart edge at the start. Burned evenly for about three hours with no tunneling, which I wasn't expecting at this size.
I wasn't sure about a kumquat candle but the tart citrus note is honestly refreshing, not sugary at all. It fills my whole living room within twenty minutes and the green leaves keep it from smelling like candy.
