Burned it for about three hours last night and the whole living room still smells faintly of damp earth this morning — that woody base really lingers. The rose never goes soapy, which is what I was worried about.
The rose note is deep and a little earthy, not the sugary fake floral I was bracing for — it genuinely smells like damp wood and petals. Burn time has been solid too, about 40 hours in and the wax is still pooling evenly.
Burned this last night and the room genuinely felt like a wild rosewood clearing after rain—that mix of petals, bark, and damp earth is unlike anything else I've tried. The scent throws far enough to fill my whole living room without ever turning sharp or perfumey.
