Le pamplemousse rose est vraiment fidèle, on sent l'amertume du zeste en plus du côté sucré. La cire brûle proprement et le parfum reste léger même après deux heures. J'en ai déjà commandé une deuxième.
The bitter edge of the zest comes through first, then it softens into something almost like sorbet once it's been burning about twenty minutes. I keep it on my desk and the whole room smells like fresh grapefruit peel without ever getting sugary.
I was worried it would smell like candy, but the bitter zest note keeps it grown-up and sharp. Burn time is solid too, I got about 4 evenings out of it before it hit halfway.
