The mint comes through first and then settles into something warmer, which is exactly what I wanted for slow evenings. Burns evenly and the throw fills my living room without being overpowering.
The neroli is what gets me — it's soft and a little bitter, not the sugary floral I was bracing for. Burned it on a grey Sunday afternoon and the menthe kept it from feeling heavy. Two hours in and my whole living room smelled like the last warm hour of the day.
I wasn't sure about a candle that leads with mint, but on a gray afternoon it genuinely warms the room. The neroli comes through after about twenty minutes, softer and a little floral.
