Burning this in my living room on a rainy evening, the pine resin note quietly takes over after about twenty minutes and smells like a forest after rainfall. The gourmand sweetness underneath keeps it from feeling sharp, and it filled the whole apartment without being overpowering.

The gourmand note hits first, almost like caramel, then that resinous pine comes through underneath. I've had it lit for three evenings straight and it still throws scent across the whole living room.

I was sceptical about the pine note but it's what makes this candle, warm resin underneath something almost like caramel. Burn time is solid too, it's been going for weeks on my coffee table without tunnelling.
