Lit the wick and within ten minutes the whole hallway smelled like a fancy cigar lounge, in the best way. That cedar and licorice combo is surprisingly warm, and the santal keeps it from being too sweet. Burn time feels decent so far, and I keep catching myself just sitting next to it.
The throw is incredible—one burn and my whole hallway smells like that warm, smoky cedar-patchouli blend. That leather-and-encens base keeps lingering for hours after I blow it out, which is exactly what I want from a fancy candle.
The liquorice note comes through the cedar beautifully once it melts, and the leather and sandalwood make the whole room feel warm without being cloying. I lit it in my hallway and could still catch the patchouli hours later, which is exactly the kind of throw I was hoping for.
