Bois des Rois | Großes Duftkerze

I wasn't sure about spending this much on a candle, but the cyprès note hooked me the second I opened the lid. It burns slowly and the woody scent lingers in my living room for hours after I blow it out.

The gaiac wood in this one is what sold me — it's warm and smoky without being heavy, and the cyprès keeps it from getting too sweet. I've been lighting it for an hour in the evening and the whole living room still smells like it the next morning.

Burned it for the first time last night and the woody blend of gaiac and cypress filled the whole living room within twenty minutes. It's rich without being heavy, exactly the royal vibe I was hoping for.
